By accessing or using the Website, registering an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. Account Registration
Eligibility and Legal Status in Australia
- Age requirement: You may only open an Account and use the Services if you are at least 18 years of age or older than the minimum legal age for gambling in your place of residence, whichever is higher. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
- Australian regulatory context: Under the IGA, it is generally illegal for offshore operators such as the Operator of playcroco-au.com to offer most online gambling services to persons physically present in Australia. However, the IGA does not make it a criminal offence for individuals in Australia to use offshore gambling services. You acknowledge that:
- the Operator is not licensed in Australia and is listed by ACMA for ISP blocking; and
- by using the Website from Australia you do so at your own risk, with limited or no recourse to Australian regulatory protections.
- Jurisdictional restrictions: You must not register or use an Account if doing so would be unlawful in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Services complies with applicable laws.
Account Creation Process
- Registration information: To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information, including:
- full legal name;
- date of birth;
- residential address and country of residence;
- valid email address and (where requested) phone number; and
- any other information reasonably required by the Operator for compliance or security.
- Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address by clicking on a link sent to you. The Operator may block or restrict unverified Accounts.
- Single account policy: You may register and hold only one Account on the Website. Multiple Accounts (including "duplicate" or "linked" Accounts) may be closed, and associated Bonuses and winnings may be voided.
- Prohibition on third-party use: Your Account is strictly personal. You must not permit any third party to access or use your Account, and you must not access or use the Account of any other person.
Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification
- Verification documents: Before processing withdrawals or at any time at its discretion, the Operator may require you to complete verification checks and provide documents, including but not limited to:
- government-issued photo identification (passport, driver licence or national ID);
- proof of address (utility bill, bank statement or similar, issued within the last 3 months);
- proof of ownership of payment methods used (copy of bank card with masked digits, e-wallet screenshot, bank statement); and
- any other documentation reasonably required to confirm identity, age, residence, source of funds or to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations under applicable non-Australian laws.
- Accuracy and updates: You must ensure that all information and documents you provide are true, accurate and not misleading. You must promptly update your Account details if they change.
- Failure to verify: If you fail to provide requested documents, provide false or misleading information, or otherwise fail verification checks, the Operator may:
- freeze or suspend your Account and funds;
- void Bonuses and winnings; and
- ultimately close your Account.
Security Obligations
- Login credentials: You must keep your username, password and any other security credentials confidential at all times.
- Responsibility for use: You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your Account, whether authorised by you or not. The Operator is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access due to your failure to protect your credentials.
- Notification duty: You must immediately notify the Operator via the contact details provided on the Website if you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed by an unauthorised person.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Gameplay
- Game rules and software: Each Game is governed by its own specific rules, paytables and instructions, which are accessible within the Game interface or on the Website. By playing, you agree to those rules in addition to these Terms.
- Random number generator (RNG): Unless stated otherwise (for example, for live dealer Games), outcomes are determined by an RNG integrated in the software of the relevant Game. You accept that the RNG results are final and binding and that the Operator relies on third-party software providers for RNG fairness, without independent Australian regulatory certification.
- Currency: The default currency for Australian-targeted players is typically Australian dollars (AUD), though other currencies may be supported. Exchange rates and currency conversion fees may apply, as set by your payment provider and/or the Operator.
Placing Bets
- Account balance requirement: You may only place a Bet if you have sufficient available balance (real money and, where permitted, Bonus Funds) in your Account to cover the Stake and any associated fees.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game has defined minimum and maximum Stake limits that are displayed in the Game client. The Operator may also impose global or Account-specific bet limits for risk management or responsible gambling reasons.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted when it is registered on the Operator's servers. The transaction record stored by the Operator's systems is conclusive evidence of:
- the time and amount of the Bet;
- the Game played; and
- the outcome and any resulting win or loss.
- Prohibition on systems and bots: You must not use automated software, bots, scripts, scraping tools, artificial intelligence-based decision tools or any system designed to give you an unfair advantage or to manipulate the Games or Website.
Cancellation and Modification of Bets
- Player-initiated cancellation: Once a Bet has been placed and accepted, you generally cannot cancel or modify it. Any exception will be at the sole discretion of the Operator and only in clear cases of duplicate Bets or obvious technical error.
- Operator rights in case of error: In the event of an obvious error (including but not limited to an incorrect paytable, manifestly incorrect odds, malfunction of Game software or misconfiguration), the Operator may:
- void the affected Bet(s);
- reverse any associated winnings; and
- restore your balance to the amount existing immediately prior to the error.
- Interrupted games: If your connection is interrupted after placing a Bet and before the Game outcome is displayed, the result recorded on the Operator's servers will determine the outcome. In case of ambiguity or dispute, the Operator's transaction logs will prevail.
Player Conduct and Live/Chat Rules
- Respectful behaviour: You must treat other Players, customer support staff and any live dealers with respect. The following behaviour is prohibited in any chat, live dealer interaction or communication via the Website:
- insults, threats, harassment, defamation or hate speech;
- racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic or otherwise discriminatory language;
- obscene, pornographic or violent content; and
- spam, advertising, promotion of competing services or solicitation.
- Fraud and collusion: You must not engage in any fraudulent activity, including:
- chargebacks or unauthorised use of payment instruments;
- collusion with other Players or with staff;
- exploitation of software bugs or glitches; or
- use of stolen identities or documents.
- Responsible gambling: You are responsible for ensuring that your gambling is conducted in a responsible manner and that you do not bet more than you can afford to lose. The Operator may provide optional tools (such as deposit limits or self-exclusion) where technically available, but these are not mandated or supervised by Australian regulators.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Promotional nature: All Bonuses, promotions and special offers on playcroco-au.com, including those described or highlighted on Play Croco, are discretionary marketing incentives offered by the Operator and may be modified or withdrawn at any time, subject to any specific promotion rules.
- Acceptance of Bonus Terms: By claiming or accepting any Bonus (including by using a bonus code, opting in, or making a qualifying deposit), you agree to be bound by these Bonus Terms and the specific rules of the relevant promotion as displayed on the Website.
- One Bonus per person: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, payment method, and shared environment (e.g., dormitory, library, workplace).
Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Activation: Bonuses may be activated by:
- entering a bonus code when depositing;
- selecting a promotion in your Account or cashier; or
- meeting specified criteria (e.g., first deposit, minimum deposit amount).
- Standard wagering: Unless specified otherwise in the particular promotion, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements which must be met before associated amounts become withdrawable. The default wagering requirement (for illustration only) may be, for example, 30 - 60 times the Bonus amount or the combined amount of Bonus and qualifying deposit. The actual applicable requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
- Timeframes: Each Bonus may be subject to a validity period (for example, 7 - 30 days from crediting) within which wagering requirements must be completed. Bonuses and associated winnings not wagered within the stated timeframe may be forfeited.
- Contribution of games: Different Games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Typically:
- most video slots: 100% contribution;
- table games and some specialty games: reduced contribution (e.g., 10 - 20%) or no contribution;
- certain high-RTP or excluded Games: 0% contribution.
Prohibited Games and Actions
- Betting patterns: When a Bonus is active, the Operator may prohibit:
- placing disproportionately large Bets relative to the Bonus or balance (for example, single Bets exceeding a stated maximum per spin or hand);
- "low risk" strategies designed purely to clear wagering requirements; and
- deliberately delaying free spins, bonus rounds or features to a later time after wagering is completed.
- Maximum Bet with Bonus Funds: The Operator may impose a maximum Bet size, per spin or round, when wagering Bonus Funds or deposits tied to a Bonus. Bets placed above this limit while a Bonus is active may lead to confiscation of Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
- Game restrictions: Certain Games may be excluded from play with Bonus Funds or may be restricted for purposes of wagering requirements. Playing such Games with Bonus Funds may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and related winnings.
- Abuse of promotions: Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to:
- opening multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus;
- using promotional offers in conjunction with arbitrage betting or collusion;
- structured play aimed solely at exploiting Bonuses without genuine gambling activity.
Combining Promotions and Bonus Management
- Non-cumulative bonuses: Unless explicitly permitted, Bonuses cannot be combined. Only one active Bonus may apply to your Account at a time. Deposits made while a Bonus is active may not qualify for additional promotions.
- Order of funds: The Website may apply a defined order for using funds:
- real money balance is usually wagered before Bonus Funds; or
- in some promotions, Bonus Funds may be wagered first.
- Cancellation of Bonuses: You may request to cancel an active Bonus by contacting customer support, but:
- this may result in the loss of all Bonus Funds; and
- any winnings generated from Bonus Funds may also be forfeited.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Payment methods: The Website may support various deposit methods, such as:
- debit/credit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard);
- e-wallets and payment services;
- prepaid vouchers; and
- cryptocurrencies, where available.
- Processing times and fees: Deposits are usually processed instantly but may occasionally be delayed by banking systems or third-party providers. The Operator may charge fees or pass on third-party fees for certain deposit methods; any such fees, if applied, will be displayed in the cashier or notified before you confirm the transaction.
- Source of funds: You must only deposit funds that you are legally entitled to use and that originate from legitimate sources. You must not deposit on behalf of third parties or use business or corporate accounts where prohibited.
- No interest: Funds held in your Account do not accrue interest, and the Operator is not a financial institution or trustee for your funds. There is no evidence of segregated player funds or prudential supervision by any regulator.
Withdrawals
- General conditions: Withdrawals are subject to:
- successful completion of KYC/verification checks;
- fulfilment of wagering requirements for Bonuses; and
- compliance with these Terms and any additional withdrawal rules on the Website.
- Withdrawal methods: Where possible, withdrawals will be processed via the same method used for deposit. If this is not feasible, the Operator may offer alternative methods (such as bank transfer or specified e-wallets) subject to availability in your jurisdiction.
- Limits: The Operator may impose:
- minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction;
- daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal limits; and
- higher limits for VIP or higher-tier Players, at the Operator's discretion.
- Processing times: The Operator aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe (for example, 1 - 7 business days), but does not guarantee specific times. Additional delays may occur due to verification checks, payment provider procedures or cross-border banking processes.
- Fees: The Operator may charge processing fees for withdrawals, especially for bank transfers or international payments. Any applicable fees will be communicated before finalising your withdrawal request.
Anti-Fraud, Chargebacks and Refunds
- Transaction review: All deposits and withdrawals are subject to review for fraud, money laundering and other suspicious activity. The Operator may temporarily withhold funds during such reviews.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or otherwise reverse a payment, the Operator may:
- immediately suspend or close your Account;
- offset any reversed amount against your balance and future winnings; and
- disclose relevant information to payment providers, banks, collection agencies or law enforcement as necessary.
- Refund policy: Bets that have been validly placed and played cannot generally be refunded. In case of technical error or malfunction causing a Bet or Game round to be invalid, the Operator may, at its discretion:
- refund the Stake to your Account; or
- restore your balance to the pre-error state.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Fairness and integrity: The Operator endeavours to:
- provide Games that operate in accordance with their published rules; and
- ensure that its RNG-based Games are designed to produce random outcomes.
- Accuracy of information: The Operator uses reasonable efforts to ensure that information (including balances, transaction histories and promotion details) displayed on the Website is accurate. In case of discrepancies due to technical issues, the records held on the Operator's servers will prevail.
Exclusions of Liability
- Technical failures: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for:
- any loss, damage or expense arising from system errors, software or hardware malfunctions, communication or network interruptions, or failures of third-party service providers (including ISPs, banks and payment processors);
- any consequences of ACMA or ISP blocking of the Website under the IGA, including service inaccessibility, disruption or loss of data; or
- viruses, malware or other harmful components transmitted via third-party networks, provided the Operator has taken reasonable security measures.
- Indirect and consequential loss: The Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, business interruption or reputational damage, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Player responsibility: You are solely responsible for:
- ensuring that your use of the Website is lawful in your jurisdiction;
- any taxes or charges that may apply to your winnings; and
- the consequences of your gambling decisions and behaviour.
Maximum Liability
- Cap on compensation: To the extent that the Operator is found liable to you in connection with your use of the Services, the Operator's aggregate liability shall not exceed:
- the amount of the disputed Bet or Stake; or
- the total amount of real money you have deposited to your Account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim,
- Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. However, as the Operator is not licensed in Australia and is not subject to Australian consumer or gambling regulator oversight, your statutory protections may be limited in practice.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Content and Software
- Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, user interface elements, audio-visual content, software code, databases, and promotional materials relating to Play Croco on playcroco-au.com, are owned by the Operator, its group companies or its licensors.
- Licensed content: Games and software provided by third-party suppliers remain the property of those suppliers and are used by the Operator under licence. You acquire no ownership rights in such software or content.

- Limited licence: The Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.
- Restrictions: You must not, without prior written consent of the Operator or the relevant rights holder:
- copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from the Website or any part of it;

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and agree to the processing of your data as described therein.
- Offshore processing: As the Operator is an offshore entity not licensed in Australia, your personal data may be processed and stored outside Australia, in jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection as Australian law.
- Security: The Operator takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, but cannot guarantee absolute security, especially given cross-border data transfers and reliance on third-party providers.
Changes to Terms
- Right to amend: The Operator may update or amend these Terms at any time, including to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, technical developments, business practices or market conditions.
- Notification methods: Where material changes are made, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to notify you by:
- posting the updated Terms on the Website with a revised effective date;
- displaying a notice or banner upon login or on the homepage; and/or
- sending an email to the address registered to your Account, where available.
- Acceptance of changes: Your continued use of the Website or Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and may request closure of your Account.
Termination & Suspension
Operator's Rights

- you provide false, inaccurate or misleading information;
- you are suspected of fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse or other unlawful or improper conduct;

Bonuses and Bonus Funds may be cancelled and forfeited upon closure.
Notification
- Communication: The Operator will use reasonable efforts to inform you of any suspension or termination decision and the reasons for it, using the email address registered to your Account or via on-site messaging, unless legal or security considerations prevent disclosure.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Governing law: These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, your Account or your use of the Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or primarily operates (being an offshore jurisdiction, commonly associated with Curacao for similar operators), excluding its conflict of laws rules.
- Unverified licensing status: While the Operator claims to hold a Curacao licence, this claim has not been independently verified for playcroco-au.com, and no public licence validator or enforcement record was identifiable as of 15 December 2024.
- Dispute resolution: Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Operator's jurisdiction of incorporation, unless the Operator specifies an arbitration or alternative dispute resolution process in writing. You acknowledge that no Australian statutory dispute resolution scheme or regulator (such as ACMA) supervises the Operator or is available to you for enforcement or complaint handling with respect to the Website.
- Australian law disclaimer: Nothing in these Terms is intended to override any mandatory provisions of Australian law that may apply to you as a consumer; however, given the offshore, unlicensed status of the Operator in Australia, practical enforcement of such rights against the Operator may be limited.

As such, there may be no practical physical address for service of legal documents within Australia.
